Equipment introduction

Tubular heat exchanger is combined with several compound pipes,which consist of several parallel small pipes within one shell.Each conduit is called one journey.The inner pipes in each journey are linked by U-type pipes while the outside pipes are linked by branch pipes.Up and down ranking journeys in this heater exchanger are quite a lot and fixed on the support. Products flow in the inner pipes,heating media reverse flow in the outside pipes,and the heat exchanger is processed through inner pipe wall.

Application

Tubular heat exchanger is applied for different products especially for:high viscosity products,products containing fibers and big pulp particles,high acidity and corrosive to dead angles products,low acid including particles aseptic products.For example:tomato ketchup,fruit juice, coffee beverage,margarine and ice cream

In addition,tubular sterilization system is used widely in Pasteur,high temperature,UHT milk producing.
