Continuous High-Sped Emulsification Tank

Continuous High-sped Emulsification Tank is a kind of equipment which dissolve one or more materials (solid state, liquid state or colloid) in another liquid state and combine it with water to be a relative stable emulsion.The huge rotating suction power made by centrifugal or high-speed emulsification head draw the materials above roto down and throw to stator with high speed.

After tooth crack of stator,materials collect at exit and extrude without transport pump. The result is emulsification with water by cutting, cracking and crashing materials among rotors  and stators as well as transporting.
